We are unable to accept the following items: cribs, pack-and-plays, car seats, mattresses, computers, printers, televisions, pull-out sofas, large overstuffed furniture, exercise bikes, treadmills, large equipment, medical equipment, or any liquids.
How Does Vendor Space Work?
Each vendor space is 12x12 feet outside on the church lawn. Space is reserved on a first-come, first-paid basis. You will need to bring your own tables, chairs, canopy, and supplies. Set-up begins at 7:00 am -- all vehicles must be moved to the designated parking area by 8:30 am. Space numbers are assigned the week of the event and emailed to vendors two days before the event.
A few important rules:

No animals on the grounds

No illegal items, including firearms, weapons, or knives

You are responsible for removing all garbage and unsold items at the end of the day

Space rental is nonrefundable

Applications are no longer available online. Please contact the church office (845-452-0684) if you are interested in renting a space.
How Much Does It Cost?
