Adult Faith Formation
Faith formation doesn't end at confirmation. At Freedom Plains, adults gather year-round to study scripture, explore theology, and grow together in the life of discipleship.
Adult Sunday School

This class meets in Fellowship Hall every Sunday morning at 9 am. Breakfast food and drinks are available.

Faith formation doesn't end at confirmation. Our adult Sunday School class is one of the warmest gatherings of the week. Come early, grab some breakfast, and dig into scripture and faith together. No question is too big or small.

For more information about Adult Faith Formation, please email Doug Kellermeyer.
Adult Sunday School meets every Sunday morning 9am before the morning worship service.
Lent Book Study
Each year during Lent, we gather as a congregation to read and discuss a book together -- exploring themes of faith, discipline, and spiritual growth in the weeks leading to Easter. Past studies have included Richard Foster's Celebration of Discipline, one of the most influential works on Christian spiritual formation. Watch The Herald and Sunday announcements for each year's selection and schedule.

Advent Book Study
As we enter the season of Advent, we slow down together and prepare our hearts for Christmas through a shared reading and conversation. Our Advent Book Study is a quiet, reflective counterpoint to the busyness of the season -- a chance to wait and wonder together. Titles and meeting times are announced each fall.

Membership & Baptism
Whether you are considering membership, have questions about baptism for yourself or your child, or simply want to explore what it means to belong to this community of faith -- we would love to have that conversation with you. There is no pressure and no rush. The next right step might simply be a conversation.
