How Does Vendor Space Work?
​​
Each vendor space is 12x12 feet on the church lawn. Spaces are assigned and reserved on a first-come, first-paid basis. You will need to bring your own tables, chairs, canopy, and supplies. Set-up begins at 7:00 am -- all vehicles must be moved to the designated parking area by 8:30 am. Space numbers are emailed to vendors two days before the event.

A few important rules:

No animals on the grounds

No illegal items, including firearms, weapons, or knives

You are responsible for removing all garbage and unsold items at the end of the day

Space rental is nonrefundable
How Much Does It Cost?

$25 per 12x12-foot space.

How Do I Apply?
Vendor applications for the Spring 2026 Rummage Sale will open in April 2026.

Donating Items
Drop-off times for donated items will be announced in the spring.
We are unable to accept the following items: cribs, pack-and-plays, car seats, mattresses, computers, printers, televisions, pull-out sofas, large overstuffed furniture, exercise bikes, treadmills, large equipment, medical equipment, or any liquids.
